Most of us are not really familiar
with how the internal combustion engine works. What we are familiar

the cell and then reintroducing it to the oxygen, you have an
efficient fuels source that does not give off any harmful emissions.
As a matter of fact, the only byproduct of HHO is water.
Don't allow the oil companies to continue to get
the upper hand on you. By converting your car over to burn water
as fuel, you will be taking control of the situation for yourself.
Although you will still be burning gasoline to a certain extent,
